What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the delivery of large and complex strategic advisory service engagements with management-level individuals
- Assess and develop proactive cybersecurity and incident response programs to enhance organizational security
- Produce high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, and recommendations for customer management
- Identify and address emerging trends in cybersecurity from both government and private sector perspectives
- Contribute thought leadership and experiences to internal programs and teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-6 years of experience in IT/Security Management Consulting, Security Program Development, Security Analysis/Operations, Business Strategy/Risk Analysis, or Cybersecurity Policy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a wide range of customers and team members
- Strong time management skills and ability to complete tasks for multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel to engage with clients, up to 30% of the time, often on short notice
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related discipline; Master's degrees are a plus
- Relevant military or work experience and/or training in cybersecurity
- Experience in developing and implementing security programs or policies
- Background in public or government affairs related to cybersecurity
- Strong analytical skills with experience in strategic analysis and development
