      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas
      - Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses to enhance efficiency and quality of care
      - Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
      - Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, identifying strategic needs and proposing solutions
      - Develop robust impact models for proposed strategies and monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role
      - Proven track record of leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable business strategies
      - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer in lieu of a bachelor's degree
      - Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline
      - Experience guiding and developing analytical talent
      - Knowledge of health plan operations and value-based care models
