What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas
- Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses to enhance efficiency and quality of care
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
- Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, identifying strategic needs and proposing solutions
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analytical staff on problem-solving approaches and strategic frameworks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, or related discipline
