- Ability to develop business relationships with DES ecosystem partners (internal business units and external partners/third parties, OxMs, SIs, ISVs) and make business deals.
- Comfortable defining and refining clear business models and strategic plan.
- Experienced in developing and executing go-to-market and cross-selling strategies.
- Understand Intel business and internal organizations.
- Familiar with Intel partner programs, partner solutions based on Intel technologies.
- Having business development and partner engagement experience.
- Team player, pay attention to details, result-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving ability, managing ambiguity, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Experienced in value-based services and solution selling.
- Experienced in executive reviews. Familiar with Cloud, AI, Intel Foundry Services business is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or product management activity.

The Design Enablement Services (DES) team, within SMG Global Partner Support (GPS) ' Global Customer Success (GCS) Group, is passionate about providing a portfolio of services to in a way that enables sales and accelerates customers' time to market so that we can help Intel increase revenue and reduce costs. In support of accelerating business growth, DES is looking for a highly motivated strategic biz dev manager / business strategist, responsible for driving strategic opportunities, and developing new business opportunities for DES Services worldwide, to create new revenue streams, bring in additional billback revenues to support DES cost recovery model and new initiatives for Partner-Led tech enablement.
