What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gain a deep understanding of the German market to identify user and moderator challenges and opportunities
- Innovate and scale the consumer growth playbook by suggesting new ideas and aligning internal teams
- Build strategic plans to cultivate and grow a local community of moderators
- Communicate insights to optimize the international consumer growth playbook
- Analyze data and execute impactful community initiatives to drive results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting
- Deep knowledge of German culture, including language, customs, and current events
- Understanding of the digital landscape and cultural intricacies of the German market
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Results-driven with high attention to detail and a focus on project execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a power user on Reddit
- Familiarity with the Swiss market
- Proficiency in Swiss German and/or French
