What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of top-tier customers to drive strategic renewal and adoption outcomes
- Deliver on revenue, bookings, billings, and customer value targets
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive stakeholder engagement
- Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals and highlight the value of solutions
- Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns and guide resolution efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success within SaaS
- Experience negotiating complex, high-value contracts
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- History of meeting or exceeding performance and quota targets
- Familiarity with enterprise deal cycles and experience working with executive stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with the ability to articulate value to senior leaders
- High adaptability and urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Experience analyzing customer data and translating it into actionable strategies
