What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead customer relationships and develop long-term strategies for 100% retention
- Identify strategic opportunities and execute account plans for assigned customers
- Serve as a consultant partner, driving successful results and solutions for customers
- Attend sales meetings to share expertise and support prospective opportunities
- Negotiate customer renewals and develop delivery solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in health administration, business management, pharmacy, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Health Care/Pharmacy Consulting
- 10+ years of experience with prescription benefits
- Proven track record of developing and growing customer relationships
- Strong industry knowledge with emphasis on strategy, consulting, and pharmacy solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- State and local government public sector experience
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
