      Job Description:

      Come join us in the Xeon Products and Solutions (XPS) Software Group. We're in search of a highly qualified candidate to join our Strategic Customer Engineering (SCE) team within our larger XPS Software Group as a Technical Program Manager.

      In this role, you will:

      • Apply deep knowledge of software to influence customers, both internal and external, to achieve strategic objectives of the Strategic Customer Engineering (SCE) group.
      • Contribute technical expertise to the implementation of executional discipline, working with cross-functional teams across XPS SW (XSW) and investigate technical roadblocks to help resolve and drive results.
      • Manage complex projects and programs that are directly tied to the development and implementation of robust systems and processes necessary to deliver crisp execution.
      • Lead reviews with SCE staff and XSW leads for cross-team programs, providing transparency into the health and risks of individual projects.
      • Manage teams to meet or beat program level milestones and prioritize deliverables to meet strategic needs.
      • Drive requirements scoping, analysis, priorities and planning including interdependencies, business and customer priorities, staffing constraints, and schedule optimization across multiple SW teams.
      • Exhibit knowledge of customer gaps, needs, and required usages to drive teams to delivering high ROI products.
      • Advise and mentor the project/program management teams, providing guidance and leading the advancement of project management competencies.
      • Exercise thought leadership to innovate new processes and procedures within the software engineering domain.
      • Oversee programs that require business acumen as well as interaction and domain knowledge in software.

      Qualifications:

      Minimum qualifications,

      You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

      • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical or engineering field.
      • 6+ years of industry work experience or equivalent.
      • 3+ years of work experience as a program manager in a technical domain.
      • 3+ years of work experience managing multiple technical projects or complex programs, also interacting with all levels of management.
      • Advanced English level.


      Preferred qualifications,

      Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:

      • 5+ years of work experience as a program manager in a technical domain.
      • 3+ years of work experience with hardware and software integration and deployment.
      • 1+ years of work experience deploying software solution on public cloud.
      • Proven success managing risk.
