      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Underwrite parking properties by analyzing historical financials and forecasting future performance
      - Conduct due diligence on real estate, evaluating risks and operational considerations
      - Engage with external stakeholders, including real estate executives and investment professionals
      - Provide feedback to the Data team regarding data gaps and opportunities
      - Generate company-level forecasts and prepare data-driven analyses for investor and board reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related area with 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategic finance
      - Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, comfortable with large datasets
      - Proficiency in SQL to independently access and manipulate data
      - Strong business judgment and ability to make reasonable assumptions quickly
      - Excellent synthesis skills to generate actionable insights from complex data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with external clients or stakeholders
      - Familiarity with real estate investment and financial analysis
      - Strong communication skills to present complex data effectively
      - Passion for technology and data-driven decision-making
