What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and enhance the operating model and reporting processes to facilitate strategic financial decision-making
- Manage and optimize FP&A tools, particularly Pigment, to increase the efficiency of the Strategic Finance team
- Design and implement automations in reporting to improve the speed of insights generation
- Build and maintain scalable financial models to support business growth and profitability
- Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for value creation and streamline internal processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or consulting, with a strong preference for managing FP&A tools (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive)
- Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience with Pigment or similar tools; SQL skills are a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and insights translation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Proven track record of successfully managing financial models and FP&A processes
- Familiarity with fundraising and M&A activities within a fintech context
