What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and contact new prospects for potential business opportunities
- Maintain a high volume of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to generate qualified leads
- Collaborate closely with account executives to expand their book of business
- Build and refine the outbound playbook for effective outreach strategies
- Organize and structure processes to maintain focus on key priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2+ years of work experience in a pipeline generation role or a heavy process orientation role
- Proven track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment
- Experience with complex and consultative sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prospect into new accounts using proven outbound tactics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales development role within the technology or data industry
- Familiarity with data observability tools and concepts
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
