**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Advisors to exceed revenue and retention goals
- Own and refine the Strategic sales motion, ensuring alignment with the broader sales strategy
- Drive quota attainment and revenue expansion through effective coaching and sales execution
- Establish a deep understanding of the employer's Agent Software and Advertising solutions
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate deal tracking in Salesforce
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role with a successful track record
- Experience managing a mid-market book of business and understanding sales cycles
- Proven success in coaching and developing sales teams to improve productivity
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, revenue forecasting, and CRM management
- Ability to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, evolving sales organization
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience in real estate, SaaS, digital advertising, or marketplace sales
- Expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, or consultative selling frameworks
