- National salary circa £65,000, London salary circa £75,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Strategic Solutions Manager
National Salary Circa £65,000
London salary Circa £75,000
Our Strategic Accounts team is responsible for the implementation and delivery of Aviva’s profitable growth strategy with our largest and most strategic broker relationships (c£3bn GWP). As Aviva’s growth appetite increases so does the scope of this high-profile role, requiring energy and drive to work both in the external market and internally with key stakeholders.
Accounting for an increasing share of our portfolios Strategic Accounts Facilities are central to the delivery of Aviva’s growth strategy. We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Solutions Manager to join our specialist distribution team, this team focuses on winning and ongoing performance management of any structured solution such as tailored wording led facilities or schemes. This is a great job for someone to work with a wide range of internal teams and develop new solutions for tenders, ensuring effective performance management!
A bit about the job:
This role provides accountability for performance leading existing solutions including account planning, deal management and senior relationship engagement. As part of the wider distribution and General Insurance teams you will help to define the pipeline for new opportunities and tender to win and renew. Having specific responsibility for the distribution management of various strategic solutions across aligned Broker relationships working closely with Senior Management, Underwriting, Claims, local Sales, Finance and Risk.
You will work collaborate with the Facilities teams within the brokers, collaborating with Aviva colleagues in all GI business units to find and make profitable growth happen, ensuring distributor and customer value, collaborating to performance lead the existing solutions with Aviva. This is an external role, requiring close collaboration with internal colleagues to deliver objectives.
