What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage assigned RFI/RFQ/RFPs from creation to award recommendations and contract negotiation
- Manage and maintain contracts and agreements with vendors
- Oversee market analysis and vendor sourcing activities to align with procurement strategies
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers and manage supplier relationships
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve cost reduction targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of five years of related experience in parts, material purchasing, or Category Management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or energy sectors
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, data analysis, and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP for inventory management and agreement creation
- Experience in managing large RFPs and leading vendor selection processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the renewable energy sector
- Good contract knowledge and commercial negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of equipment and services in wind, solar, and battery storage
