What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the subject matter expert in sourcing strategies and supplier relationships tailored to the client's needs
- Collaborate closely with the client and internal teams to drive immediate and long-term benefits
- Conduct regular market trend analysis specific to the client's industry and report findings
- Develop and manage client-specific programs at regional and national levels
- Oversee RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes in alignment with the client's requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
- 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in a dedicated account role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead teams in a client-focused environment

- Project management experience, particularly in long-term client engagements
- Experience in business transitions and change management
- Familiarity with the client's industry and specific operational challenges
- Knowledge of diversity programs and supplier mentoring aligned with the client's values
- Experience with e-commerce procurement initiatives relevant to the client's needs
