      Job Description:

      Are you an innovative talent acquisition leader seeking to define the art of the possible? GDIT is hiring a Strategic Talent Sourcing Director: An innovative, collaborative and influential leader who shares our passion for talent and mission.

      As a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading our strategic talent sourcing programs, including the build out of a dedicated sourcing team as well as programs for diversity recruiting, early career talent acquisition and military/veteran hiring. Initiatives and responsibilities include:


      HOW A STRATEGIC TALENT SOURCING DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

      • Centralizing our talent sourcing team to create scale and optimize hiring outcomes
      • Continuous innovation of new techniques, training and tools that help in the identification and attraction of talent
      • Partner with stakeholders across the business and functional teams on next generation talent marketing campaigns.
      • Lead the strategy and execution across talent sourcing programs
      • Stay current on market trends and best practices in sourcing, DEI recruiting and early career talent acquisition
      • Build and maintain large internal and external networks through proactive market research and relationship management
      • Establish formalized partnerships with appropriate entities/organizations
      • Track recruitment and hiring metrics and program results
      • Educate the extended Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders on best practices and inclusion in hiring events, force multiplying efforts across the organization
      • Provide responses to industry brand and recognition for GDIT as a employer of choice in these areas
      • Travel required for events as needed

      WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

      ●Education: High School Diploma at a minimum; Bachelor's and 10+ years or Master's Degree and 8+
      ●Required Experience: 14+ years experience developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategy in a large corporate environment related to military, college and diversity and general sourcing efforts
      ●Demonstrated leadership experience in a large scale, highly-complex talent acquisition environment
      ● Project Management experience, from project to implementation

      ● Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with the tools and technology that enable the implementation of such programs

      ●Familiarity with government contracting or highly technical recruiting requirements
      ● Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels to an organization
      ● Location: Hybrid
