What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Global Ingredients business leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve strategic challenges and provide solutions
- Possess a broad business acumen and engage in market analysis and consumer trends
- Manage and track strategic priorities with multi-country/multi-region impact
- Develop and establish an annual learning/data plan for the business unit

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of progressive experience in consumer insights, business analytics, and/or strategic planning
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Experience with leveraging panel and retailer scan data for decision making

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ingredients or F&B sales background
- Relevant experience in strategic business planning
- MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
- Client and supplier-side background
- Regional and/or global experience
