      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect and analyze data to produce insights and recommend actions to support business needs
      - Create visual dashboards to evaluate performance and effectiveness of business tactics
      - Present findings and trends to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
      - Collaborate with business units to understand drivers and metrics to interpret data findings
      - Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and support the development of key performance indicators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree or specialization in a relevant field
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in information management, statistics, mathematics, or finance
      - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and various analytical and reporting software
      - Strong knowledge of programming languages such as SAS/SQL/R, Visual Basic, or Python
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Power Suite and Power BI
      - Graduate degree in a related field
