      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business and market owners to identify key business issues and develop strategic solutions
      - Manage major strategy projects with assistance from internal or external consulting resources
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on membership, growth, and operational strategy issues
      - Provide guidance and performance input to junior team members
      - Develop analytical frameworks and methodologies for strategic issue analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics, or a related field
      - 2 years of post-graduate experience with strategy or management consulting firms or internal strategy groups in healthcare
      - 6 years of related experience in Business or Healthcare
      - Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office applications
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive knowledge of health insurance and/or provider operations
      - Experience in operational improvement initiatives
      - In-depth understanding of membership, rates, financial, economic, and competitive data
      - Familiarity with medical policy
