      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify key business issues and develop analytical frameworks to propose solutions and recommendations
      - Manage major strategy projects with internal or external consulting resources
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on membership, growth, and operational strategy issues
      - Provide guidance and performance input to junior team members
      - Develop and implement best practices for analyzing strategy issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics, or a related field
      - 2 years of post-graduate experience with strategy or management consulting firms or internal strategy groups of healthcare companies
      - 6 years of related experience in Business or Healthcare
      - Strong critical thinking and communication skills
      - Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive knowledge of Health Insurance and/or Provider operations
      - Experience in operational improvement initiatives
      - Thorough understanding of membership, rates, financial, economic, and competitive data
      - Familiarity with medical policy
