      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify key business issues and develop solutions, presenting findings to stakeholders
      - Manage major strategy projects with the assistance of internal or external consulting resources
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on membership growth and operational strategy
      - Provide informal guidance to junior team members and contribute to their development
      - Develop analytical frameworks and best practices to address strategy issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics, or a related field
      - 2 years of post-graduate experience with strategy or management consulting firms or internal strategy groups in healthcare
      - 6 years of related experience in Business or Healthcare
      - Strong critical thinking skills and knowledge of healthcare industry trends
      - Strong PC application skills, including MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive knowledge of Health Insurance and/or Provider operations
      - Experience in operational improvement
      - In-depth understanding of membership, rates, financial, economic, and competitive data
      - Knowledge of medical policy
