What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform Division analysis and recommendations
- Compile and deliver executive-level reports, operational dashboards, and data insights
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality reports, presentation decks, and visuals
- Support strategic planning and program design with evidence-based research and analysis
- Build collaborative relationships with government stakeholders and participate in project teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, economics, social science, political science, or a related field
- Five to seven years of professional work experience producing high-quality written products
- Experience in qualitative or quantitative data analysis related to government topics
- Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis platforms
- Valid driver's license for conducting state business if required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Experience in data visualization and facilitating complex projects
- Knowledge of DES, ADOA, and public administration principles
