      Private Banking Reporting & Analytics – Strategy Execution Lead II

      The Private Bank Reporting & Analytics team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to influence the strategic priorities of the business. The Strategy Execution Lead role on the team is responsible for delivery of recurring reporting and utilizing business intelligence and automation tools to improve reporting processes. The individual should have a firm understanding of reporting tools, databases, and demonstrate effective communication skills. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining reporting leveraging the latest technology, partnering with team leaders to perform business analytics, and building partnerships with key stakeholders to anticipate their needs.

      Responsibilities :

      • Build reports, automation workflows, visualization dashboards and support data processes with expert level knowledge of key tools and systems including Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx.
      • Apply critical thinking, analytical skills, and thoughtful, fact-based approach to solve complex problems.
      • Effective communication skills; able to communicate complex ideas in a concise way to executive leadership.
      • Engage with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives.

      Desired Qualification :

      • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
      • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL.
      • Motivated and flexible in adapting to new tools, technologies, and processes.
      • Good organizational, project management and communications skills.
