What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for industrial clients, transitioning them to data-driven, as-a-service business models
- Develop and implement strategies leveraging AI, IoT, and analytics to unlock new revenue streams
- Manage project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of digital strategies that meet client expectations
- Originate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within the Industrials sector
- Provide thought leadership on digital transformation trends, positioning the employer as a trusted advisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in the Industrials industry, including Manufacturing, Chemicals, and Aerospace & Defense
- 4+ years of experience making strategic decisions or providing enterprise-level business or technology advisory
- Robust understanding of market trends, digital offerings, and emerging business models in the industry
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with experience presenting to executive audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- An MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, AI/ML, IoT technologies, and data analytics tools
- Experience with SaaS pricing models and subscription-based revenue models in an industrial context
- Existing network of relationships within the industry at decision-making levels
- Experience working within large consulting firms or leading strategic digital initiatives for Industrial clients
