- Lead structural design efforts for a variety of facility and infrastructure projects
- Perform structural analysis and calculations for concrete and steel structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design staff to deliver accurate, efficient designs
- Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) to develop and review construction drawings
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute technical expertise across the department
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in a structural engineering role (industrial project experience required)
- PE Required / S.E. Strongly Preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong working knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI design codes
- Proficiency in cast-in-place concrete and structural steel design
- Experience with STAAD, RAM, or RISA structural modeling software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD required; Revit proficiency is a plus
