What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead business development efforts for structural projects, including identifying new opportunities and writing proposals
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients
- Serve as project manager and/or technical lead on structural and multi-disciplinary projects
- Perform and lead the structural design of various building design projects
- Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of engineers and BIM specialists

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering
- Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in structural design of buildings and related structures
- Professional Engineer Licensure required
- Working knowledge of various structural analysis and design programs
- Working knowledge of Revit

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's of Science degree in Structural Engineering
- Illinois Structural Engineer Licensure
- Experience with additional structural analysis and design programs
