      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct project teams in the planning, design, and delivery of transportation projects
      - Manage project budgets, cost control, and quality assurance/quality control processes
      - Mentor and develop the skills of junior structural engineers
      - Contribute to structural design work as a technical reviewer or advisor
      - Participate in business development activities, including networking and proposal preparation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) required; M.S. Degree preferred
      - PE License required; SE License in IL preferred
      - 10+ years of experience in roadway bridge design, with management experience preferred
      - Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with clients and project stakeholders
      - Strong organization and leadership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with IDOT, ISTHA, and CDOT preferred
      - Familiarity with Chicagoland counties and municipalities
