      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Respond to customer inquiries and assist with service requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a college student enrolled in at least six-semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduate students
      - Basic understanding of networking, cloud environments, databases, and IT infrastructure
      - Strong organizational and documentation skills for tracking incidents and processes
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
      - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Python, NodeJS, and Terraform
      - Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
      - Knowledge of computer programming fundamentals and/or functional programming
      - Individuals with a background in foster care, homelessness, or incarceration may receive priority consideration
