      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to CIAPM staff, including scheduling meetings, managing financial records, and coordinating events
      - Assist the Health Equity Officer in building relationships and facilitating communication regarding diversity and inclusion in biomedical research
      - Support the implementation of CIAPM programs and research projects
      - Develop communication materials, including written and multimedia content for various platforms
      - Ensure public documents comply with ADA standards and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a college student enrolled in at least six-semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduate students, or four-semester units or six quarter units for graduate students
      - Interest in contributing to equitable biomedical and clinical research
      - Familiarity with community-based organizations and state agencies in California
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Interest in state government and learning about state agencies and services
