      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide assistance via incoming calls to students, parents, and financial aid administrators in a courteous manner
      - Ensure compliance with the Information Practices Act and Public Records Act when disclosing information
      - Document customer interactions and input information accurately using computer systems
      - Troubleshoot technical issues related to program access and navigation
      - Handle sensitive customer calls professionally and escalate complex issues as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a college student enrolled in at least six semester units (undergraduate) or four semester units (graduate)
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment with quick access to electronic records
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Patience, tact, and good organizational skills
      - Ability to learn operational knowledge of program applications and computer systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to speak and write in Spanish
      - Experience or background as a dependent child in foster care, homeless youth, or formerly incarcerated youth
