- Performing a range of administrative tasks within the fields of HR
- Supporting our HR People Advisors in ongoing projects
- Providing HR Support to managers and employees and handle HR cases
- Maintaining and developing HR communications, such as employee handbook and internal HR sites
- HR data and reporting
- You will take part of the daily deliverables and projects in the team, where you will have both your own areas of responsibility and assist with more ad hoc tasks when needed
- You are at the end of your bachelor’s degree and plans to go on to the HRM candidate, and you have an interest in working with HR
- Good administration skills, works systematically and with an attention to the detail
- Can work independently and is not afraid to take initiative and reach out to people
- Professional Danish and English communication skills both verbally and written
- Experienced in working with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

As our new Student Assistant for HR in Ramboll Denmark you will be part of a Nordic team, but supporting primarily your 5 colleagues in DK placed in Copenhagen and across Ramboll’s Danish locations. Together, our top priority is to provide HR support and advice to the leaders and employees of Ramboll Denmark. We imagine that you will work approximately 12-15 hours a week, but it will vary depending on both your tasks with us and your studies and exams.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
