      Personal and professional development in a global organisation

      As Student Assistant in Global Omni Operations Finance, you will be supporting the Global Omni Operations Finance team in the planning, analysis, reporting, and controlling of Pandora’s logistics and point-of-sale materials (POSM) costs. You will be partnering not only with stakeholders in Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen, but also with Cluster Finance teams across the globe. It is an opportunity for both personal and professional development in a global organisation where you can hone your skills and grow. Furthermore, your assignments will include, but not limited to:

      • Developing, enhancing, and maintaining reports and presentations related to logistics and POSM
      • Supporting the consolidation of global logistics costs for actuals and Budget/Forecasts
      • Helping drive master data alignment for POSM
      • Liasing with Cluster Finance teams to understand drivers of monthly POSM variances (actuals vs Budget/Forecasts)
      • Managing own ad hoc projects

      • Pursuit of a degree in Business Management, Finance, Strategy, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Data Engineering,– ideally with at least 1 year left in your studies
      • Genuine interest in Finance and Supply Chain-related disciplines
      • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
      • Great interpersonal skills, as we interact with various Global Office departments and Cluster teams across Pandora
      • A flair for creating solid and clear presentations in PowerPoint

      Your new team

      The Global Omni Operations Finance team consists of a Team Lead and 3 Business Partners each supporting the Managing Directors of our 3 main Distribution Centres in Baltimore, Hamburg and Bangkok. We support the Global Omni Operations team in providing financial business partnering and proactive analytics to drive development and efficiencies in our distribution/logistics setup and POSM costs. In the team, we value open and positive communication. We work from a continuous improvement mindset where time between work peaks is invested in improving processes and quality of our deliverables. We aim to be a valued and trusted business partner to Global Omni Operations – included as a natural part of every project and discussion.

      Additional information

      This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
