      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the planning and coordination of meetings with foreign governments and international organizations
      - Assist in research and preparation for international Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and implementation plans
      - Prepare summaries, reports, and briefing materials for international delegations
      - Track key international events and delegation visits
      - Monitor legislation affecting energy programs and assist in legislative analyses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a college student attending classes during the regular term at an accredited institution
      - Minimum GPA of 2.0 or above
      - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
      - Excellent customer service and organizational skills
      - Must be enrolled in at least six-semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduate students
