      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain confidential files and manage database logs and reports

      - Assist in the administration of personnel documents under supervision

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a college student attending classes with a minimum GPA of 2.0
      - Enrollment in at least six-semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduate students; four-semester units or six quarter units for graduate students
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Excellent customer service and organizational skills
      - Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a dependent child in foster care, a homeless youth, or a formerly incarcerated youth as defined by Government Code section 18220
