      About The Department

      You have the opportunity to join an international, high performing team. Our team is responsible for generating customer insights (from HCPs and patients) and utilise these insights to impact brand strategy development across Novo Nordisk obesity portfolio. In close collaboration with key internal stakeholders in Global Marketing brand teams and affiliates, we execute market research projects. We advocate a customer centric approach in strategy formulation, being an integrated partner for the Global Marketing brand teams and patient access.

      The position

      You will support Global Customer Insights Managers in day to day market research project management and in analyses and support needed for the team. In this role you will support project vendor selection, project planning, questionnaire review, logistic project management and final project reporting and summarisation. You will also be involved in tasks of analysing market dynamics and customer insights alongside Global Customer Insights Managers and Global Product Managers. This will provide you with strong project management skills, a broad stakeholder network and a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

      * Working hours: 15-20 hours per week

      * Start date: October/November 2023

      Qualifications

      We are looking for a student assistant who is passionate about bringing the customer voice into brand strategy development in the pharma industry. You are currently studying for your bachelor or master’s degree in economics, finance, marketing, strategy or other relevant field and have demonstrated project management and analytical skills through your study or work.

      General knowledge about market research, the pharmaceutical industry and visualizations in PowerPoint is an asset. We expect the candidate to be goal oriented, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude to routine tasks supporting the managers. Fluency in both oral and written English and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

      You have a strong personal drive and dedication. You must have a strong work ethic and take ownership of your projects and deliverables. In turn, we promise to support and develop you throughout your time here.
