What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide assistance to Certified Insurance Agents (CIAs) and Community Partners in resolving escalations related to program requirements and compliance
- Offer customer support to CIAs and Counselor groups
- Collaborate with various Outreach and Sales Division Sections/Units to aid Sales partners
- Conduct research and analysis to support program initiatives
- Write and edit consumer-facing materials for clarity and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a college student attending classes at an accredited college or university
- Minimum of one year of experience in typing letters, memos, reports, and other correspondence
- Minimum of one year of experience in creating and managing tracking logs using Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
