      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for student and faculty services within the Professional MBA and Executive MBA programs
      - Manage communications with students, including listserv management and email distribution
      - Assist program instructors by preparing class materials and delivering necessary resources
      - Oversee logistics during class weekends, including managing reception and classroom setups
      - Support special projects and events for the Professional MBA and Executive MBA programs as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word
      - Excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail
      - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs.) as part of job responsibilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS)
      - Previous involvement in academic program administration or related support roles
      - Familiarity with event planning and coordination
