      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide custodial care for the duration of all WSB Precollege Summer programs
      - Build strong mentoring relationships with WSB Precollege participants and Precollege Student Leaders (PSLs)
      - Lead program activities to enhance participants' knowledge in diversity, inclusion, college readiness, and personal development
      - Supervise students at all times to ensure safety and adherence to staff-participant ratios
      - Maintain ongoing communication with staff and program leadership to address participants' academic and social/emotional needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Open to all graduate students, regardless of school or college affiliation
      - Previous experience or willingness to develop skills as a positive role model and mentor for high school students
      - Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to lead difficult conversations with empathy and enforce program policies
      - Valid driver's license to operate UW fleet vehicles preferred but not required

      - Strong desire to engage in community activities and support high school youth
      - Experience in group facilitation and social-emotional skills
