      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide oversight and leadership to Middle School Life Groups, dedicating 8-10 hours weekly
      - Assign speakers and participate in master teaching sessions each week
      - Handle general administrative tasks, including games, devotions, and room setup
      - Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of programming and leaders
      - Collaborate with the student director to creatively plan and execute Sunday night programming

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrates spiritual maturity
      - Ability to assist in coordinating volunteers and developing leaders
      - Team player willing to prioritize the gospel and the mission of the employer
      - Specific passion for middle school students
      - Must be a member of the employer or willing and able to become a member
