Full time, 1 year fixed term opportunity
Utilise your expert knowledge to deliver timely responses to general enquiries in a fast moving environment
Base Salary $61,822 + 17% superannuation
complete administration tasks including email correspondence, handling of queries, generating academic transcripts, payments and mailing transcripts
provide email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
export university data across Microsoft Excel.
experience in providing quality customer service
the ability to apply common sense, sound judgement, sensitivity to individual circumstances, and maintain a high level of confidentiality
strong communication abilities both written and verbal
experience and a capacity to analyse, identify and solve problems independently and in teams whilst working within a clear set of protocols and guidelines.
ability to meet deadlines and effective time management skills
proficiency in word processing and basic excel skills.
About the opportunity
The Student Centre is the first point of contact for prospective students, current students, internal stakeholders and the general public to receive advice, assistance and support on student administration related enquiries and transactions. The Student Centre Assistant is an essential member of the Student Centre team, responsible for responding to enquiries.
