      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create original content for posting on Instagram to enhance the program's online presence
      - Maintain a posting calendar to plan content creation, approval, and posting
      - Establish connections with WLP members, affiliates, and potential partner organizations on Instagram
      - Provide basic support with print, web, social media, and other digital content
      - Participate in regular Zoom meetings with the WLP team to discuss progress and strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a current or former member of the Women's Leadership Program
      - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
      - Entry-level position; little to no experience required, with all training provided
      - Strong time-management and organizational skills
      - Ability to engage professionally and respectfully with the WLP community

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media management
      - Experience using Canva for graphic design and content creation
