What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design graphics for social media, newsletters, websites, event promotions, and signage
- Assist with formatting materials such as posters, booklets, and digital publications
- Create branded templates, layouts, and campaign-specific assets
- Prepare files for print and web, ensuring accessibility and quality standards
- Support Design Lab initiatives and other ad hoc creative projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level position with little to no experience required; all training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Effective communication skills
- Time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
