      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design graphics for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and event promotions
      - Assist in formatting materials such as posters, booklets, and digital publications
      - Create branded templates and campaign-specific assets
      - Prepare files for print and web while ensuring accessibility and quality standards
      - Support Design Lab initiatives and participate in ad hoc creative projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Entry-level position with little to no experience required; all training will be provided
      - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
      - Effective communication and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
      - Demonstrated passion for creative projects and design work
