What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with U.S. high school students and their families to convey the value of study abroad programs
- Follow a structured sales outreach process via phone, text, and email to connect with leads
- Provide professional customer service throughout the applicant journey, including scholarship and application support
- Host webinars and present at high schools and fairs, requiring some evening hours and domestic travel
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM system) to manage applicant pipelines and maintain accurate records of communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate challenging conversations effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- International travel or study abroad experience
- Experience working with diverse high school students
- Additional language skills beyond English
