- Communicating with caregivers, tutors, administration, and stakeholders through various forms of communication, including Email, phone calls, text messaging, and internal communication systems i.e., Slack and Google Chat.
- Coordinating with internal departments to address client needs.
- Escalating critical issues to senior management when necessary
- Assisting client services department and Partnership Success Manager with initial onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth setup such as scheduling and basic data entry.
- Monitor active tutoring services through a virtual platform to ensure students and tutors meet at scheduled times.
- Adjust tutoring session schedules promptly when requests are submitted following policy and protocol.
- Track student attendance and other data points relevant to account management using spreadsheets and other tracking tools.
- Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
- Work study part of financial aid package

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.About the company
