What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Outreach Engagement Manager in organizing and staffing La Follette events
- Create marketing materials and promote events to enhance attendance
- Analyze event and survey data to improve future outreach efforts
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database for effective communication
- Write engaging stories for web, social media, and e-newsletters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for community engagement
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience assisting with or managing events
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Excel, and/or email marketing software
