      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide information to students about available programs and services and assist them in navigating campus resources
      - Support program professionals with scheduling, recordkeeping, report writing, and outreach efforts
      - Compile and input data to meet program reporting requirements
      - Assist in developing and implementing strategies for student engagement and retention
      - Direct clerical support staff and student workers as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience in a position involving considerable public contact or working with students
      - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and external partners
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Clear evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of diverse backgrounds of community college students
      - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in marketing, outreach, and strategic communications in educational or healthcare settings
      - Proven track record of coordinating events of various sizes
      - Experience managing budgets and program resources
      - Understanding of multidisciplinary approaches in educational settings
      - Experience supporting student engagement, retention, and success initiatives
