What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with basic administrative and research tasks under the guidance of a faculty member or research coordinator
- Conduct data entry, data cleaning, and coding for research projects
- Prepare research documents, articles, reports, and presentations
- Provide information for literature reviews and draft summaries
- Create graphs and figures to support research findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level position; little to no experience required
- Familiarity with the subject area of disability, aging, Medicaid, or Medicare is necessary
- Classes or experience in healthcare policy, health law, or research methods required
- Enrollment in MPH or BS/MPH program preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Previous knowledge or interest in disability, aging, Medicaid, Medicare, LTSS, or civil rights
