What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support for the clinical research coordinator and regulatory teams
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, faxing, and organization
- Process and ship biospecimen samples for ongoing clinical trials
- Create and maintain research participant binders for various studies
- Assist with communications to study participants and data entry
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Interest in health sciences and/or public health
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a clinical or research setting
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and Good Clinical Practice guidelines
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software
