What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate project activities, including recruitment, data collection, and participant tracking
- Organize, train, and supervise research assistants on project procedures
- Develop and translate study update letters in Spanish
- Assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) modifications and annual reviews
- Support data management tasks alongside the Senior Data Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous skills, training, or experience in research or related fields
- Must be Human Subjects trained (or receive training prior to start date)
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Comfortable communicating with parents and teens by phone
- Familiarity with Excel and willingness to learn Qualtrics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in statistical analysis and writing research memos
- Previous involvement in peer-reviewed research projects
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
